[Primexd] [New Logentry] FCAL HV Change

FCAL HV were changed for ~40 channels according to Drew's map. Any channel that required a setpoint above 1800V was set to 1800V. For reference, the new file is: /gluex/data/burt/voltages/FCAL_HV/FCAL_HV_20_Mar_2019_10_14_08.snap. I did not change the HV on -23 -13 as the channel was saturated above 1650V. I also did not change the HV on -23 -10 as that was a bad base. Two LED runs are 61612 (old HV setpoint) and 61613 (new HV setpoint). These runs only contain channels where we changed HV. Three images are attached that show the HV map, the scalers before the HV change, and the scalers after the HV change. I think I forgot to turn on one channel prior to taking the original HV data so that is missing.

I will restore the old HV file. Once Drew looks at the LED data to see that it is ok, we can change to the new setpoints.
