[Primexd] tagger accidentals

 Hi Ashot,

I quickly looked at the tagger statistics you asked
for the regular He production run with the updated timing (which is important).

I got the probabilities to have an extra tagger hit shown in the table below.
It would be interesting to compare with other people results.

Tagger energy range            number of RF bunches   chance to see more than one hit (in the same energy range)

 >  6GeV                                        3 (main+/-1)                                 35%
 >  6GeV                                        1 (main)                                        15%

 >  9GeV                                        3 (main+/-1)                                 17%
 >  9GeV                                        1 (main)                                          7%
