[Primexd] Update from the hall

Going into the weekend, we're getting back into production running after 
a long period without beam during day shift. Consensus from the PrimEx 
meeting at 5pm was to continue running on the liquid Helium target, 
empty it on Monday in parallel with beam studies, then refill and resume 
production running after RF recovery on Tuesday.

As a reminder, opportunities for hall access should present themselves 
on Monday and Tuesday, so if you need to access the hall for anything, 
let me know so we can plan that access with MCC ahead of time.  There 
will be no morning meetings over the weekend, unless you hear otherwise, 
but the PrimEx group will reconvene over the weekend to consider progress.
