[Primexd] [New Logentry] CCAL and Be target survey, list of PrimEx production runs

You posted the Be target in-beam position. Do we have measurement result for Be target itself (such as the thickness)? If yes, It would be great  if you could add it to the same place. If not, we will need get it done.

1.) CCAL was surveyed after the snake scan. Positions
of cells on four corners and the in-beam position were
measured. The in-beam positioned differed from that
in December by about 200 um and 73 um in Y and X,
respectively.

2.) CCAL was surveyed after the first empty target run on Feb. 25.
