[Primexd] Skims

You can find "un-buggy" skims here:
/work/halld/home/gxproj2/RunPeriod-2019-01/recon/ver03
corresponding to all good physics run (421 runs or ~95% of evio files)
Among the 566 "buggy" skim files, 346 are recoverable. I did not find yet what is the problem for the remaining 220 skim files.
