[Primexd] [EXTERNAL] run plan note

Hi Sasha,

I won't be able to make the run plan meeting on Thursday due to some travel.

One comment concerning the PrimEx run plan:  you'll want to be sure you have enough "field on" data to do an independent calibration of the FCAL at high precision.

There is some chance FCAL gains will slightly change when the field is turned off/on due to magnetic sensitivity of PMTs.  The PMTs are shielded and the field shouldn't affect them, but we haven't tested stability percent level (as will be required for PrimEx) under such changes.
