[Primexd] eta simulation

You can find the latest simulations, here:
/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/PRIMEX/primex_eta_he4-slurm-production-prim-09022021
There are 4 simulation (for each eta neutral decays), eg:

  *   Geant4_bkg_None_runnb_61706_gen_primex_eta_he4_2g -> Primakoff + nuclear coherent
  *   Geant4_bkg_None_runnb_61706_gen_primex_eta_he4_2g_prim -> Primakoff (only)
  *   Geant4_bkg_None_runnb_61706_gen_primex_eta_he4_2g_inc -> Incoherent or quasi-free photoproduction of eta off proton
  *   Geant4_bkg_None_runnb_61706_gen_primex_eta_he4_2g_inc_n -> Incoherent or quasi-free photoproduction of eta off neutron

PS: the bug that Drew uncovers between the tagger counter and energy assign to this counter is not corrected in the simulation.
