[Primexd] Simulation moved to cache + additional new simulation

All,

The simulation for g He4 > eta He4 is moved to cache
/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/PRIMEX/primex_eta_he4-slurm-production-18012021

and a first draft for g p > eta p can also be found now on cache. At the moment, it is just using the EtaRegge event generator. A modified EtaRegge should be ready by the end of next week with Fermi motion and the addition of production off (quasi-free) neutron.
