[Primexd] GlueX empty target runs (with magnetic field)

Hi,

I've looked on the GlueX empty-target runs with the magnetic field
yesterday. Quite a few runs are poorly calibrated, I suggest not
to use them in the analysis.

I added preliminary lumi numbers for the relatively good runs to the CCDB
(the same tables, which we use for PrimEx:
/PHOTON_BEAM/pair_spectrometer/lumi/tagh_tagged
/PHOTON_BEAM/pair_spectrometer/lumi/tagm_tagged )

The list of runs and some quality plots are linked to our analysis page:

https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php?title=Photon_flux_for_GlueX_empty_target_runs

In the table, I added the integrated flux for each run (for E_gamma > 8 GeV) and linked a table
with similar numbers for PrimEx runs (empty target runs are at the end of the PDF file);
this can help Tyler to simply scale statistics.

Cheers,
              Sasha
