[Primexd] EoR PrimEx-eta 2021-08 and start of SRC/CT 2021-11

Dear Colleagues,

We successfully completed the 2021-08 run period for the PrimEx-eta 
experiment in Hall D this morning. In total, we collected about 25B 
triggers with various target settings. All remaining GlueX/PrimEx shifts 
are cancelled.

We will now begin the preparations for the SRC/CT experiment in Hall D. 
We decided to create a new run period '2021-11', which will also start 
the new run numbering with 90000.

The SRC shift schedule starts at 4am on Monday. In the event that the 
ongoing accelerator change is completed ahead of schedule, we may have 
to staff the counting house earlier in order to use the available beam. 
Volunteers to be on stand-by for Sunday swing and owl shifts will be 
highly appreciated. I expect to find out more on Saturday and Sunday at 
10am and will send any updates to the lists.
