Hello everyone,

There has been some discussion beyond this email thread on the topic of this meeting. I think it would be pertinent to further discuss it in the afternoon meeting today.

The time with the most votes was 9am. However, it has been pointed out that that overlaps with the Hall D daily meeting.

As the beam and shifts have been delayed until Monday, let's plan not to start this meeting until then.

Hello everyone,

We need to begin the daily run meetings soon. I suggest that we tentatively plan to begin with a short meeting Saturday since the beam and shifts are currently scheduled to begin then. We can adjust this if the beam is further delayed.

I have put a link here to a doodle poll for deciding a time when we should meet. I have listed a few times, one in the morning and two in the afternoon. I specifically chose times that are offset by an hour from shift changes so that anyone on shift does not have to worry about connecting and passing over shift work at the same time. Please vote by 5:00 PM tomorrow (Thursday Sep. 9) and I will email out the final choice as well as a link to a wiki page with connection info.
