[Primexd] Discussion about beam time reallocation

Dear all,

It was suggested in yesterday's biweekly meeting that it would be good
to present and discuss the proposal for reallocating some upcoming
beam time for the Primex-eta measurement at one of the upcoming
Physics WG meetings.  If this idea sounds acceptable, I imagine that
Tuesday of next week might be too soon if there are some studies that
need to be completed, so we could consider the next meeting, Tuesday,
May 10.  Please let me know your thoughts.
