[Primexd] [New Logentry] Hall D Plan UPDATE during planned RF Work Tomorrow Sep-20

The current plan is to turn beam OFF at 8:00 AM tomorrow (Sep-20) and setup accesses to halls at 8:15 AM

All coordinations to the Hall Access will be coordinated at 7:45am meeting (other halls wants access as well)

Hall D will request Controlled Access starting at 8:15am may take 30+mins, as RadCon will be busy to sweep hall.
