[Primexd] Monitoring Launch 2022-08 ver04: PrimeX

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed another monitoring launch over the 2022-08 PrimeX data 
set. We reconstructed 3 files for each of the 1145 runs with the RCDB 
query "@is_primex_production".

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the web pages:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-08/ver04/REST/
