[Primexd] Monitoring Launch 2022-08 ver08: PrimeX

Dear Colleagues,

We completed a new monitoring launch for the 2022-08 PrimeX data set. We 
reconstructed 5 files for 1118 runs with the RCDB query 
"@is_primex_production and status!=0".
