[Primexd] PrimEx-eta simulation will be moved to tape

All,

Starting tomorrow, I will start to move all simulation files produced before 2024 from the
/work/halld/home/gxproj2/gluex_simulations/
to
/cache/halld/home/gxproj2/gluex_simulations

and also change the path name from what it is now Geant4_blah_blah to blah/blah/rnn-xxxxx so that the launch script does not need to be modified and can be used to cache the simulation files and analyze them.
