[Primexd] REST production test: 2022-08 ver99

Dear Colleagues,

I processed 2 runs from the 2022-08 run period with the software and 
hopefully all plugins and settings requested for the official REST 
production. The REST files include the individual FCal hits. Please take 
a look in:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2022-08/recon/ver99/

If you notice something missing, please let me know as soon as possible. 
If you are happy with it, I will start the full REST production at JLab.

At the moment, I am using the same RCDB query "@is_primex_production and 
status>0" as for the latest monitoring launch. Please also let me know 
if this has to be changed.
