    <p>Four channels were checked for signal today. The result is summarized below. First, the signal was checked at the end of the cable that plugs into the fadc. If we see a signal here, it is reasoned that the fadc channel is bad. If there is no signal at the end of the cable, we then plug the scope directly into the base. If there is a signal coming out of the base, we can reason that the cable is bad. It is likely that one of the end of the cables needs to be replaced. </p>
<p>In summary, there are 3 bad fadc channels and 1 bad cable. Chris will repair try to repair the cable during the next access. Two of these fadc channels have been known to be bad for a long time. </p>

<p>One base was also replaced today. It was replaced due to losing communications with epics and it was not brought back online with a power cycle.</p>

<p>After turning on the FCAL after the access, there is one channel showing up with 0 HV (X,Y)=(4,-8). This channel was working fine before I entered the FCAL. I think it will return to operational in the next 24 hours or so.</p>
