[Pvdis] pvdis meeting Aug 24

We will have a pvdis meeting on Monday, Aug 24, at 14:30 in CEBAF center 
F228. Hopefully Happex will get running smoothly by that time, we need to 
think about how to use PVDIS data that we obtain during Happex. Please 
note that we have one scintillator paddle strategically placed in each HRS 
so as to get real signal for PVDIS diagnostics.
