[Pvdis] Canceled Shifts

Hello,

While we are making progress on getting Hall A running, we are not quite 
there.  Our current plan is to close the hall Tuesday mid-swing shift to 
allow the beam to be tuned and allow us to start with detector 
commissioning.  Then we will reopen the hall Wednesday morning to finish 
installation and cool down the target.  As a consequence, the following 
shifts are canceled:

    * Monday, 2 November, Swing-All
    * Tuesday, 3 November, Owl-All
    * Tuesday, 3 November, Day-All
    * Tuesday, 3 November, Swing-TO and 3rd (_/SL should report/_)
    * Wednesday, 4 November, Owl-TO and 3rd (_/SL should report/_)

.  *Note that Tuesday overnight, we will be asking some experts to come 
in to work on particular systems.  Please check to see if you are one of 
these experts (highlighted in red).*
