When on shift, please help each other check data quaility.

For example I usually sign up as TO, but I try at least
2 or 3 times to look over the shoulder of the data analysis
person and check all histograms because I don't want to end
my shift with an embarrasing situation that I missed a
data problem - although that has happened to me anyway, but
the point is to try to minimize the chances of a problem
being missed.

We had an incident over the past 24 hours where something
obvious went wrong and we missed it.  I don't want to make
too big a deal out of it, and I think the problem is more
general that shift workers tend to get distracted.  This
also re-emphasizes the need for the students to spot check
(the expert shifts).  Indeed the problem was noticed by an
expert shift worker.  Please remember, the beam time is
precious, make good use of it.
