[Pvdis] pvdis meeting (time 1 PM)

At this meeting let's try to make decisions on issues below.
Those involved (and you already know who you are) should
gather the necessary info

- whether to request repair of the sieve slit encoder

- whether to change the sheilding on the Compton Edet

Also I think we should start regular 3 pm meetings on
Wednesday, the supposed end of HAPPEX.  These will continue
for awhile, but will reduce in frequency when we get into
production mode.
