[Pvdis] PVDIS 3 PM meeting in counting 2nd floor and Shift sign-up

Dear Collaborators:

Official "changeover" from Happex-III to PVDIS has started from 
afternoon today. That means the pvdis intallation has already started. We 
will start commissioning PVDIS from next Tuesday (Nov 3, 2009); until then 
we will be in installation phase. We are starting the regular counting 
house 2nd floor 3 PM meeting from tomorrow and will continue during the 
run period. At the meeting we will update the current status-update and 
decide further planning. Please use the following numbers to join
