[Pvdis] Moved to 3:30pm - PVDIS meeting Monday 2PM at F227

Dear All:

The Annual User's meeting will start tomorrow, and I'd like to encourage 
everyone to attend the talks at the User's meeting. In fact, Mike Romalis, 
whose PhD thesis is dealt as "the bible" by all polarized 3He students, 
will talk at 9:40am, followed by a talk by Mike Ramsey-Musolf at 10:45am. 
In the afternoon, Bill Bertozzi will give a talk at 2:40pm, which I cannot 
miss. The energy talk at 1:30pm should be interesting too, given that the 
energy problem is something everyone with 12+ years of education should be 
concerned about.

Due to conflicts with the User's meeting talks, I suggest that we move our 
analysis meeting to 3:30pm, just after the coffee break. The room and the 
dial-in information will remain the same.

Also, given that Kai will give the update at the Hall A meeting on 
Thursday at 9am and Zhiwen will talk about the SoLID simulation on Friday 
at 15:20, we should plan to have two dry runs, perhaps on Tuesday at 4pm 
for Kai and on Wednesday during lunch break for Zhiwen. Please let me know 
whether this schedule works for you.
