[Pvdis] minutes and next meeting March 22nd 9-11am

Dear All:

We had a very productive discussion this morning. You can find the meeting

We will resume our discussion next Thursday, March 22nd, from 9am to 11am. 
In the following week, Diancheng and Kai will work on the questions 
raised/answered today. I will work on extraction of physics results (C2q 
and HT) which I did not have time to present today.

We will not have meeting on Friday afternoons. (It has been replaced by 
the new time: Thursday 9am, which will allow more people to join.)
