[Pvdis] PVDIS paper submission -- Phone number and Funding Agency Info Needed

Dear All:

The re-submission process is more complicated than I thought:  It turns out that we need to input the funding and phone/contact information for each author (That's 99 authors!).  Please email me the following information at your earliest convenience, and preferably by Monday noon. Otherwise I will have to enter "no relevant funding"

(If emailing is not convenient during the weekend, you can also text to my cell phone at 757-810-2885).

1) If you are the PI of your group, please send me the funding agency name and the award number, that you think should be linked to the 6 GeV PVDIS experiment. (A reminder: PVDIS ran from Oct to Dec. 2009);

(For JLab authors, please skip to item 5&6, since I already have the DOE award number for JLab)

2) If you are a coPI, please send me the PI name along with item 1);

3) Along with item 1 or 2, please let me know all your group members' names that should be linked to the corresponding funding source;

4) If you were a postdoc or a student when you participated in this experiment, and you don't see the PI (i.e. your advisor) on the author list, please ask him/her for the funding agency information on which you were supported during that time.

5) For all authors, please email me your current phone number that you'd like to be entered along with the paper;

6) The following people's email addresses on file are no longer valid. If you know how to find the funding/contact info please let me know:
