[Pwg] PAC49 report on Ae+e- PR12-21-006

Attached please find the PAC49 final report on the positron+SoLID Ae+e- proposal.

I am currently organizing two meetings/email discussions to work on (1) positron beam; and (2) theory concerns.  If you have not been contacted by me already (this morning) but would  like to be involved in these discussions, please let me know.
