[Pwg] draft replies to THY/PHY and review questions

Dear All:

Thanks to those who provided feedback and suggestions, I have attached the second draft to theory/technical comments (now renamed as thyphy) and a first draft to the reader questions.  There are still two numbers (in red) that need confirmation, which I hope to do before Monday.

Please let me know if you have comments.  I plan to send the thyphy answer by Sunday night, and reader comments on Monday.
