 Dear Colleagues,

 As announced in the list of actions following the PWG Workshop at UVA, we are proposing a review process to the proponents of the positron proposals and letters-of-intent who wish to obtain the endorsement of the Jefferson Lab Positron Working Group. The review schedule is as follows :

  Proposal/LoI due to reviewers : April 23rd, 12pm
  Reviewer comments due to the spokesperson : April 30th, 12pm
  Modified proposal/LoI due to reviewers : May 7th, 12pm
  Reviewer final comments due to the spokesperson : May 12th, 12pm
  Reviewer recommendation due to the endorsement committee : May 12th, 12pm

  Committee final decision due to spokesperson : May 15th, 12pm

 For the coming PAC51, the members of the Endorsement Committee are :

 Marco Battaglieri, Doug Higinbotham, Julie Roche, Yves Roblin, Xiaochao Zheng
