[Pwg] Draft Proposal for PAC 51

Dear Positron Working Group Members,
Please find attached a draft of a new proposal to be submitted to the
upcoming PAC 51, titled “A measurement of two-photon exchange in
unpolarized elastic positron–proton and electron–proton scattering”. There
is still some ongoing work to be done over the next several days but we
wanted to share it with you. If you have any comments, suggestions, or if
you would like to add your name to the proposal, please send an email to
mnycz at jlab.org by 5 pm (EDT) on Friday May 19th. Thank you very much and
