 to avoid possible confusion with the announcement below, I would specify 

 Registration to the PWG workshop is mandatory for on-site access, but JLab staff do NOT need to submit TA's (because the event is fee free).

 to register via the JLab interface. Note that registration is mandatory for on-site access.

 If you wish to present your work, please send me (Eric) title and abstract before March 15th.
