[Qcbc] [EXTERNAL] Participation in the Quantum Bootcamp after HUGS

Hello there!

My name is Lucas, a master student from IFT, Brazil, and I will be
participating in the HUGS event at JLabs next week and will remain there
until july 8th. I am pursuing research in simulations of QCD using quantum
computing and would love to join in the event. Alberto Accardi told me to
speak with you in order to do so, as he has arranged the funds to help me
during my stay in JLabs.
