Dear participant,
We are very happy to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the Quantum Computing bootcamp 23 at Jefferson Lab. Congratulations! The program is scheduled for June 20-29 and will culminate with a symposium and panel discussions on June 30. We hope that you are as excited as we are about this opportunity.
As mentioned in our announcement, we will be providing lodging and an additional per diem of about $50 per day to cover meals. We strongly encourage you to attend the entire program, and we have made plans to book your lodging for June 19-July 1. We kindly request that you confirm whether these dates work for you as soon as possible.
In preparation for your visit to Jefferson Lab, we ask that you complete the online registration process at the link below as soon as possible:

After completing the registration process, we will be able to initiate the administrative process so that we can cover your lodging and per diem. It is essential that you fill out and submit all the necessary forms, including the tax form. Failure to do so may significantly delay the process of approving your on-site access to Jefferson Lab.
We are currently developing a social program for the bootcamp, which may include visiting Virginia Beach and/or colonial Williamsburg. We will keep you updated on the details as they become available.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Mary Fox at mfox at jlab.org.
Thank you for your prompt response and cooperation.
Best regards,
Nobuo, Felix
