[Rec_bike] Casual Friday

In an effort to get more people riding again, I propose casual Friday.  
My idea is that we keep the pace to 18 mph or slower to and from Kiln 
Creek.  People who want to take off once we get to Kiln Creek can, but I 
will be trying to pace myself at or slower than 18 mph in preparation 
for the 1/2 Iron Man that I will doing on September 12.

Any thoughts?
