Mary,
     We used to ride almost every day with a pretty large group.  Due to 
responsibility changes/scheduling, I haven't been able to join the group 
for about a year.  At that time we rode 3 laps around the Kiln Crk 
parkway road and back for about 16 miles.  When we had enough folks we 
usually had 2 groups- hammer heads going 20-23 mph and not so hammer 
heads doing 16-18 mph.  Not sure what is currently happening so I have 
copied the bike group on this reply.  What say you active riders???
