[Rec_bike] Biking today?

There was a time when the JLab biking group had much better 
communications.  I plan on riding at a moderate pace today, with several 
opportunities where I am not drafting behind anyone.  Please do not take 
me passing you personally.  Please also be aware that we do not like 
leaving anyone behind.  So if you do drop off the back of the group and 
choose to do two laps, please wait for us to finish our third lap so we 
can ride back together.  Otherwise we will wait for you until we believe 
you went back after two laps or even ride backwards on the course 
looking for you taking up much more time than we planned.  If you 
believe you are going to ride back after two laps and not wait for 
everyone, please let someone in the group know, preferably at the 
beginning of the ride.
