[Rec_bike] FCCC Update and new link

I've worked on the FCCC spreadsheet a bit over the weekend.   The new 
link is:

Things that have changed are:

 1. All the sheets are published, you can view the sheets by the
    links/tabs at the top of the page
 2. If a rider's name is blue on 'FCCC Main'  then the name is a
    hyperlink to a map of the typical route for that rider (hint: send
    me a link or home address and I'll add a map to your route).
 3. Charts of progress are available on the Consistency Chart and
    Mileage Chart sheet

Two weeks in,  868 miles commuted by bike, 49 bike commutes. Last year's 
tally of 2210 miles will be passed soon enough.

Weather has cooperated so far!
