[Rec_bike] Blood drive Thursday

Just a reminder that as per the ACCC rules you can invoke the Medical 
Excuse (ME) rule if you donate blood on  Thursday and wisely choose not 
to commute by bicycle that day.  The missed day of bike riding won't 
count against your consistency, but of course you won't be able to claim 
miles.

Keep the wheels down.
