[Rec_bike] Autumn Approaches! ACCC imminent

I'd like to thank Mike for taken on configuring the Commute Challenge 
spreadsheet for 2016.   Yes, I crash out in spectacular fashion last 
year.   Shoulder has more or less recovered.  Still working on the teeth 
but that has been a lifelong issue for me. Anyway, yes I intend to ride 
this year, although promises have been made to be a bit less committed 
to the cause.

I won't be greasing my chain, as I've upgrade to a belt drive! Lights 
on!  Go!
