[Rec_bike] Autumn Approaches! ACCC imminent

Well this is sad news.   Chris was the milage winner last year so he 
retires at the top of his game.   Chris also slogged through two years 
of route 17 construction and logged o 2632 miles in  2014 and 2015 FCCC, 
making him the overall mileage leader to date.    Once the rules for 
induction into the ACCC Hall-of-Fame are approved, Chris will be the top 
of nomination list.
