A group of JLab'ers will be riding the Cap-to-Cap trial next Saturday.  
Please feel free to join us.   Some will be staying overnight in 
Richmond and some may ride back the next day.   Details below.  Please 
email cimounts at cox.net if you are joining us so we don't leave without you.

This is a social ride, not a race.   Although I fear it will be a 
competition to see who suffers a heat stroke first.....

Happy Fourth!
I think we came up with a strategy to get rolling by 9 am.
Chris is going to take Keith and me to the trail head.
Later , Chris's wife Tammy will get a ride to the truck when they decide to
come up.
Does meet at 8 and roll by 9 sound good?
If so, could you let the others I missed know?
