I logged my first ride in a while today. It was nice; cool temps, clear
skies, and little wind. (28 mi & 18% :(
Slominski has been putting up some serious numbers (834mi & 80%)! Dave
has been doing great as well (702mi & 94%). He would be the favorite
for taking the Golden Sprocket from Will (464 mi & 81%) if it were not
for Ken (41 mi & 100%).
Ken came off a medical issue, rode three days, and was then rear ended
putting him on a medical exemption for the rest of the season. Firstly,
I'm glad that Ken is OK and his PT & chiropractics are going well. But
it is a bit offputting that he would win the coveted Golden Sprocket
under such conditions. I have spoken with him and he has agreed to step
down from contention of this high honor. Thus, DAVE is in the lead!
Whoo, DAVE!
Stay visible. Stay safe. Enjoy the weather:)
