[Rec_bike] 2017 ACCC

The first FULL week of riding is coming to a close (unless you're 
working this weekend or something). Arne and Will are in the consistency 
lead with 83%.  Dave leads mileage with 119!!!  Ken is on light duty so 
has yet to log a ride... I'm pulling for a quick and complete recovery.  
I'm managing to meet my goal of 50% and hope to improve once my "sit 
bones" and knees have been conditioned.

Some are planning exploratory rides this weekend before committing to a 
cycling commute.  I wish them fair weather, light traffic, and a tail wind.
