The Fall Cycling Commute Chalenge (FCCC) starts Tuesday. I have
five confirmed participants, myself, Mat Wright, Chris Slominski,
Dave Douglas and Joe Grames. There will be several ways to be
declared a "winner".

Just ride your bike!!! Everyone who rides a bike is a
winner!! (see:

I am thinking about getting a web page up and running, hopefully
this will happen by the end of the week. The idea is that charts
and other information from the shared google spreadsheet will be
uploaded every weekend onto the web page for all to monitor our
progress. As well as other information about commuting to JLAB
by bicycle. Information on what to do with the shared spreadsheet
will be forthcoming, as well a some rules of engagement.

It is not too late to enter the fray, just send me your google
email address and I'll update the spreadsheet and share it with
you.

Prizes:
Do not know yet. Unfortunately this is not a sponsored JAG or
JLAB activity so the prizes will have to be ad-hoc. Maybe just
bragging rights and war stories. Maybe we could get a betting
pool going with a percentage of the wagers going to the victors.
But as I said at the start, as long as you're on a bike you've
already won and received your prize! Maybe you'll receive a jar
of my pickles from this years harvest! Who knows!!! One more
reason to keep riding!
