    Yes, I crashed on Monday night.  Yes I considered shutting down the

    FCCC spreadsheet/competition.  But would I have been out there

    anyway on my bike, even without the FCCC? Yes!  Haven't I ridden by

    this pot hole at least 1000 times before without issue? Yes.  Why

    did I hit the pothole on Monday? statistics, it was a 6 sigma event.<br>

    Some lessons learned:<br>

    <ol>

      <li>don't post selfies when injured and drugged up.</li>

      <li>evaluate the conditions and adjust accordingly.</li>

      <li>Pay attention to the road</li>

    </ol>

    <p>During these shorten daylight days I strongly recommend a 7-4 or

      7-3:30 schedule so the evening ride starts out in day-light. <br>

    </p>

    <p>FCCC will continue, but I might have ridden my last mile this

      year.  Not sure when my shoulder will be load bearing again.<br>

    </p>

    But the beer is bubble!<br>
