[Reco_list] Let the Games Begin

To All,
As we begin to bring RF back up in the machine we need to be sure to 
coordinate our activities so as not to increase the risk of 2K trips and 
other unwanted delays. I would like to ask for a very brief coordination 
meeting following the Monday morning meeting with at least the following 
people.

RF (Clyde, Cooper)
SRF (Fischer, Hogan)
Cryo (Creel, Norton)

The meeting will deal with issues such as topping off modules, CHL plant 
capacity utilization, LEM heat compensation settings, RF exercising, 
module commissioning etc.
