[Reco_list] CEBAF Recovery

System Owners,
I just wanted to make certain everyone was aware that Ops plans to begin 
CEBAF recovery on Saturday (HCO with beam) with an ultimate goal of 
spinning up 5pass 5GeV beam to the BSY dump. This is a hefty goal but 
they will take it as far as they can. They will be instructed to call 
for support for show stoppers only. Supervisors should make certain 
someone is scheduled to be on-call and that their on-call equipment is 
in good working order. Due to the inconsistency of the pager system I 
would recommend that Ops have multiple ways of reaching the on-call staff.
