[Reco_list] Hall A and B HCO

Thanks for the great turnout at yesterdays RECO meeting. We will meet 
again today.

Hall B will be locked up Wednesday evening for HCO with beam, re-opened 
Thursday day shift, and locked up for collaborative checks Thursday 
evening. So, all HCO that requires access should be completed prior to 
swing shift Wednesday.

Hall A is delayed a few days. The present lock up schedule begins on 
Monday the 15th. So, please plan to complete HCO before you leave on Friday.
