[Reco_list] Hall A HCO

Colleagues,
You may ignore the rest of this e-mail if you have nothing to do with 
regards to Hot Check Out (HCO) in Hall A.

Hall A is scheduled to take beam this Friday. We plan to lock up on 
Wednesday evening to verify as much of the beam line as possible. This 
will likely mean turning on the Box Power Supply and exercising as much 
of the hardware as possible (run harps, open valves, clear FSD, etc.). 
Beam is possible Wednesday evening but more likely to occur on Friday. 
So, please verify that your system(s) are ready to go by noon'ish on 
Wednesday. Don't forget to log that fact that HCO has been performed so 
that I can update the RECO checklist.
