Colleagues,<br>
I've attached a document that contains some key activities through
February. This information comes from Steve's calendar and is subject
to change as circumstances change. The main reason for sending it is to
make you aware that RECO will begin February 22nd with the RECO
kick-off meeting being on the previous Friday at 1530 in the MCC
conference room. <br>
This RECO period is non-standard in that it is occurring a bit earlier
and will last a little longer. In addition, we will be locking up
everyday for a combination of Injector set-up, SRF commissioning, and
PSS certification, which makes it very important to convey your access
needs for any required repairs so that we can coordinate a time. <br>
<br>
Completed HCO should be documented in one of three ways:<br>
<ol>
<li>Make a log entry with HCO Complete 'system name' in the
title/keywords block. <br>
</li>
<li>Convey the status at the daily RECO meeting.</li>
<li>Verbally communicate system status to the RECO<br>
</li>
</ol>
Last but not least, I'm pleased to announce that Darrell Spraggins has
volunteered to assist with RECO. <br>
